Mohamed Salah considers joining PSG amid Liverpool contract issues
Liverpool's Mohamed Salah is reportedly in talks with Paris Saint-Germain over a free transfer next summer.
Salah's situation at Liverpool is bad, since his contract expires in the summer of 2025, and the Premier League club has yet to offer him an extension. As a result, Liverpool's third-highest scorer in club history, who scored his 13th goal of the season in a 2-0 victory against Manchester City, is increasingly likely to go.

As per French daily L'Equipe, Salah has openly discussed a transfer to Paris next summer after aggressively participating in negotiations with the reigning French champions. Les Parisiens are keen to fill the vacuum left by Kylian Mbappe, who left the club last summer to join Real Madrid on a free transfer.
Paris Saint-Germain are still looking for a winger after failing to sign Jadon Sancho from Manchester United and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia from Napoli this summer. The Ligue 1 side has also expressed interest in Athletic Bilbao's Nico Williams. Salah has previously been a target for PSG, and next summer will likely be their best chance to get the prolific Liverpool winger.
If Liverpool do not extend Salah's contract before the start of the new year, which appears improbable, the Egyptian will be entering the final six months of his deal, leaving him open to pre-contract discussions with another club in preparation for a summer departure.
